ALEX TAPAK: TEACHING PROFESSIONAL

Alex grew up in Hinsdale and participated in the HRC Super Excellence Program while playing tennis for the Hinsdale Central Red Devils.  She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in Biological Sciences and Psychology, where she played collegiate tennis.  Alex also holds a Masters Degree in Sport and Health Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology.  She is passionate about helping individuals maximize their mental and physical abilities to perform to their potential.
